"Jenny From the Block" and Ben Affleck were spotted house hunting in New York City's Upper East Side, signaling a potential move for the couple nearly a year after purchasing their $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The duo was photographed exploring various townhomes in the area, with Lopez sporting a striped top, wide-legged jeans, and a black trench coat, while Affleck layered up in a Nirvana tee, flannel shirt, black jacket, and jeans.
Among the properties they viewed was a six-bedroom apartment spread across four floors, featuring amenities like a rooftop terrace, garden, and finished basement. The listing, exclusively reported by The Post's Jennifer Gould, is priced at $45,000 a month.
While Affleck accompanied Lopez for the initial house-hunting excursion, she continued the search solo on Monday, opting for a more casual attire of a gray pullover, matching sweats, and white sneakers.
Lopez has been sharing glimpses of her time in NYC on social media, including bonding moments with her 16-year-old daughter Emme during their "spring break." They attended a Broadway show, "Merrily We Roll Along," and met some of the cast members, such as Jonathan Groff.
As a mother of Emme and her twin brother Max, and stepmother to Affleck and Jennifer Garner's three children—Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel—Lopez leads a blended family life. They currently reside in their lavish Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased in cash in May 2023 and occasionally showcase on social media platforms.
