Tom Cruise and his son Connor made a seldom-seen appearance together in New York City over the weekend.
The iconic "War of the Worlds" actor and his 28-year-old son, born of his marriage to Nicole Kidman, were spotted attending a promotional event for Tom's upcoming film "Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning."
Tom sported a classic black button-up paired with blue jeans and sleek black shoes, adding a touch of style with reflective aviator sunglasses and a silver wristwatch.
His son, Connor, opted for a casual look, donning a gray collared shirt with blue jeans and sneakers for the occasion.
Accompanying the father-son duo was Tom's sister, Lee Mapother.
While Tom and Connor have occasionally appeared together in public, such as at a Los Angeles Dodgers game in 2021, they generally keep a low profile.
Tom, 61, also shares a daughter, Isabella, with Kidman, 56, whom they adopted in 1992. As for Connor, he tends to lead a quiet life away from the limelight, enjoying activities like fishing and golf in Florida, and refraining from sharing photos of his famous parents on social media.
Isabella, known as Bella, similarly maintains a private lifestyle and has relocated to London with her husband, Max Parker, after residing in Los Angeles.
Following Tom and Kidman's divorce in 2001, their children chose to stay with their father in Los Angeles while Kidman returned to Australia. Despite their different lifestyles, Kidman has expressed her unwavering love and support for her children, respecting their decisions even if they diverge from her own beliefs.
Meanwhile, Tom shares another daughter, Suri, 17, with his ex-wife Katie Holmes. Although they were once married, Tom and Holmes parted ways in 2012, and recent reports suggest that Tom and Suri have been estranged for some time, with Tom reportedly not being actively involved in her life.
